摘要
并购重组已经成为大型企业集团主要的发展战略。但并购重组的企业必然涉及原企业的深刻变化,这一系列变化折射出来的是原有的习惯、理念、价值观等企业文化的深刻变革。并购重组后只有在共同的群体意识和价值观念形成统一,真正做到企业文化的彻底融合,才能从根本上真正完成企业重组。
Mergers and acquisitions has become the main development strategy for large enterprise groups. But merger and reorgani- zation enterprise will inevitably involve profound changes of Original enterprises. This series of changes reflect the corporate culture change such as habit, idea and values. In order to complete corporate restructuring truly, we must form a unified sense of community and common values in the enterprise to achieve that full integration of the corporate culture.
