A Fair Concept of Marxism and Gender Equity

马克思主义的经典公平观提供了反思"性别公平"问题的科学方法论。只有在马克思主义公平观的视野下,妇女在家庭与公共双重领域所遭遇的一切不公平对待才能全面得到以"公平"为尺度的深刻反思。作为一种具体的、历史的公平,"性别公平"是一套从形式到内容、从载体到表现均会随着历史条件的客观发展而不断产生新标准与新内涵的观念和准则。它不仅当然表现为公共领域的两性政治平等,同时也必然表现为包括私人领域的更为广泛的两性社会平等。以在公共领域赋予并保障妇女各项平等权利的获得与行使为基础,解决"性别公平"问题的核心之点还应当涉及现代父权在家庭私人领域的基本建制,应当涉及这一基本建制如何被现代社会保留、巩固,抑或如何被瓦解、摧毁。

The typical fair concept of Marxism provides the scientific methodology to the recollection of the ＂gender equity＂ problem. Only under the sight of fair concept for woman~ unfair treatment in family and public two fields. As a specific and historical fair, ＂gender equity＂ is a set of idea and standards that produce new standards and new intension as the objective development of historical conditions from carries to performance, from shape to contents. Not only to show the political fair of both sexes in the public places, but also show the more popular social equity for both sexes include personal fields and performance of each equal right to protect women in public fields. The center of solve the problem about ＂gender equity＂ should also involve the basic organizational system of the modern patriarchy in the family personal field, and it should involve the problem that how the organizational system is be kept , consolidated, broken down or destroyed by the modern society.
