随着男女平等基本国策宣传和实施的不断深入,女性的婚姻家庭权益问题越来越受到人们的关注,许多法律、法规都对此做了规定。但是,由于受到各种因素的影响,女性在婚姻家庭权益中受侵害的比例仍较高,如何有效地预防和减少女性在婚姻家庭中受到侵害并帮助其维权是重要的理论和现实问题。以女性婚姻家庭法律救济途径为切入点,从实证分析的角度,探讨建构一个包括立法、执法、社会等在内的多元救济体系是必要的。
