Women of Higher Education Based on Equality and Development

目前我国女性高等教育发展面临新的机遇:国际国内妇女运动、女性主义理论和高等教育的发展为女性高等教育的发展提供了前景、可能和良机。同时在高等教育领域也存在着性别不平等现象:女性在高等教育高层次领域所占比例少,自然科学领域中女性科技人员所占比例少,女性获得国家社科基金比较少,教师的性别意识淡薄,大学生性别观念不强,男生和女生所选的专业还存在很大的差异。要发展女性高等教育,就要提高高校女性学术职位层次,加大自然科学领域女性科技人员所占比例,增加女性问题研究在国家社科基金的立项数,加强教育工作者的性别意识,以各种形式和方式将性别意识引进到教学中来,促使高等教育中的学科性别结构更加合理,加强大学生的性别观念教育等。

Higher education for women in China face new opportunities and challenges：the international women＇ s situation provides a broad prospect for it ; the feminist movement provides the possibility of development of higher ed- ucation for women; the development of higher education provides a good opportunity for it. There is the existence of gender inequality in the field of higher education ： women in the field of higher education is a proportion of the field of high- level, female scientific and technical personnel is less proportion ,women have won less the National So- cial Science Fund, the awareness of teachers in the teaching process is weak, to participate in the process of teaching gender awareness is not strong, boys and girls in a gender perspective is not strong, professional men and women se- lecting is a big difference. We should actively explore women＇ s education and development, so that equality be- tween men and women in political, economic, cultural, social and family life further.
