医学实验动物体外寄生螨虫初步调查 被引量:1

摘要 对新疆军区实验动物中心实验动物体外寄生螨虫的感染情况进行了调查 ,结果昆明小鼠寄生螨虫的感染率为43% ,Wistar大鼠感染率为 36 .7% ,共检获寄生螨虫 4种 ,感染率及种类明显低于陈欣如等 1996年的调查结果 (感染率85 % ,寄生螨虫 11种 )。改善饲养条件 。 An investigation was taken to evaluate the infection conditions of ectoparasitic mite on laboratory animal in Laboratory Animal Center of Xinjiang Military District.Results showed that the infection rate of parasitic mite was 43% in KM mice and 36.7% in Wistar rat.Altogether four species of parasitic mite were detected. Infection rate and species are remarkably lower than the results gained by CHEN Xinru, et al. in 1996(infection rate 85%, parasitic mite 11 species). Improving feeding conditions and strengthing feeding management are important factors to raise the laboratory animal quality.
