活体肝移植术后胆道并发症一例 被引量：1

Biliary complications following living donor liver transplantation:a case report

摘要 肝移植是治疗终末期肝病的有效手段，由于供肝来源紧缺，活体肝移植已经在全球范围内发展成为肝移植最主要的术式之一。我国活体肝移植事业亦蓬勃发展，呈现强劲的增长趋势。中国肝移植注册数据显示，截至2012年12月，我国活体肝移植总数已接近1700例。随着活体肝移植数量的增长，术后胆道并发症的防治成为一个热点和难点问题。本文通过回顾1例活体肝移植术后胆道并发症患者的诊治经过，探讨活体肝移植术后胆道并发症的防治策略。
