HPLC法测定白术中白术内酯Ⅰ、Ⅲ的含量

Determination of Content of Atractylednolide Ⅰ and Ⅲ in Atractylodis by HPLC

目的:建立HPLC法测定白术中白术内酯Ⅰ、Ⅲ含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为AgilentZORBAXDB-C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水(60:40),流速1.0mL/min,检测波长为220nm。结果:白术内酯在0.4008-40.08μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.4%,白术内酯Ⅲ在0.4024-40.24μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.3%。结论:用HPLC方法对白术内酯Ⅰ、Ⅲ进行含量测定操作简易可行,效率快,结果准确可靠,可作为白术内酯Ⅰ、Ⅲ含量测定的有效方法,为科学评价和有效控制白术药材的质量提供了依据。

Results ： The linear range of the assay of atractyledno-lide Ⅰ was within 0.4008-40.08 μ g （ r =0. 9998） and the average reovery was99. 4% .The linear range of the assay of atractylednolide m was within 0.4024-40.24 μ g （ r =0. 9999） and the average reovery was99. 3%. Conclusion ： The method established here is simple, rapid, specific and accurate.It was suitable for the quality control of the atractylodis.
