红花注射液过敏试验方法的研究

Study on Allergy Test Method of Honghua Injection

目的:建立红花注射液过敏试验的检验方法。方法:红花注射液(0.6mg/ml)对豚鼠腹腔注射0.5ml/只,隔日腹腔注射,致敏三次后,在第一次腹腔注射后第14天及21天耳静脉注射1.0ml/只进行攻击。结果:未见豚鼠有任何过敏症状发生。结论:表明红花注射液在本试验条件下对豚鼠不产生过敏反应。

Objective： Establish Honghua injection allergy test of testing method. Methods： Honghua injection （0.6 mg/ml） of the isolated intraperitoneal injection 0.5 ml/only, scheffe intraperitoneal injection, sensitization, after three times in the first intraperitoneal in- jection after the 14th and the 21st day ear intravenous 1.0 ml/only to attack. Results：Any allergy symptoms occur guinea pigs are not seen. Conclusion： Show Honghua injection in this experiment condition of the isolated not produce allergic reaction.
