氢溴酸右美沙芬缓释片的制备及释放度研究

Study on Preparation and Release Rate of Dextromet Horphan Hydrobromide Sustained-release Tablets

目的:制备氢溴酸右美沙芬缓释片,进行体外释放度研究。方法:采用亲水性高分子材料HPMC为凝胶骨架,制备氢溴酸右美沙芬缓释片,并制订体外释放度检测方法。结果:所制备的缓释片12h内呈现良好的缓释特性,符合Higuchi方程。结论:所制的缓释片体外释药缓慢、平稳,符合设计要求。

Objective：To Prepare Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide Sustained-release Tablets, and Study their in vitro release behavior. Methods： HPMC was utilized as gel- matri to prepare Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide Sustained-release Tablets, and establish a detecting method of release rate in vitro. Results：The in-vitro drug release curves showed that the drug release could best described by the Higuchi equation. Conclusion ：The sustained-release tablets comply with the requirements of formulation design.
