口外手法复位颞下颌关节前脱位的疗效观察

Efficacy of Extraoral Manipulative Reduction of Temporomandibular Joint Dislocation

目的:评价口外手法复位治疗颞下颌关节前脱位的疗效和安全性。方法:对53例颞下颌关节前脱位的患者行口外手法复位治疗。结果:53例患者中,口外法复位成功51例,成功率96.23%;41例一次复位成功,一次性复位成功率80.39%;复位时间均在3分钟以内。结论:颞下颌关节脱位口外复位法较常规传统口内复位法优越,简单易行,操作方便,省时、省力,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of extraoral manipulative reduction of temporomandibular joint dis-location. Methods On 53 cases of temporomandibular joint ante- rior dislocation of the patients mouth manipulation treatment. Results In 53 patients,Extraoral manipulative reduction was suc-cessful in 51 cases,the success rate of 96.23% .41 cases of a one-time reset success,a one-time success rate reduction of 80.39% .Reset time in less than three minutes. Conclusions Temporomandibular joint dislocation the extraoral reset method is superior compared to the conventional traditional mouth reposi- tioning,simple and easy,convenient operation,saves time and ef-fort,worthy of clinical application.
