摘要
目的探讨创伤性膈肌破裂的临床特点及诊治方法。方法对13例创伤性膈肌破裂患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析与总结。结果全组13例患者中,治愈12例,死亡1例。结论创伤性膈肌破裂,早期诊断及时手术治疗是提高治愈率、降低死亡率的关键。
Objective To investigate zhe diagnosis and treatment of traumatic rupture of blunt diaphragm.Methods From Jan 2010 to Apt 2013, 27patients with traumatic rupture of blunt diaphragra were admitted in our hospital.The diagnosis and operation were retrospectively analyzed.Results 13 cases were diagnosis,12 cases of patients were cured.and lease was died. Conclusion early diagnosis and timely operation is importents with traumatic diaphragma rupture.
