临床路径在老年青光眼手术护理管理中的应用研究

Exploratory Development of CIinical Nursing Path in Nursing Supervision of Operation for Glaucoma in Old Age

目的探讨临床路径在老年青光眼护理管理中的应用效果。方法将130例老年青光眼手术患者随机分为两组,对照组采取整体护理方法,治疗组在整体护理基础上应用临床路径护理管理模式对患者进行评估。结果两组住院时间、院内感染率及护患双方满意度有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论临床路径护理管理能提供优质的护理服务,缩短住院天数,提高患者满意率及医疗护理质量。

Objective To investigate the nursing application of clinical nursing path in nursing supervision of operation for glaucoma in old age.Methods 130 patients undergoing operation glaucoma in old age were randomly divided into control and experimental groups. The control group kept economy nursing, while the experimental group applied clinical supervision nursing path model to assess patients pathway. Results There was significant difference two groups of hospital stay, nosocomial infection rate and the satisfaction of both nurses and patients （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Clinical nursing supervision path can offer high-grade nursing service and significantly prevent nosocomial infection, shorten hospital stay, and improve satisfaction of patients and quality of care.
