摘要
项目建设管理模式是实现项目目标与效益的一个重要环节。研究适合于城市轨道交通项目建设的管理模式具有重大的现实价值。以上海轨道交通2号线西延伸段项目为基础,研究多种建设管理模式的特点,提出了多种建设管理模式一体化应用的现实可行性,以期实现城市轨道交通项目建设管理的模式创新。
Since the mode of project construction and management is an important part in realizing the project objectives and benefits, the study of management model suitable for the construction of urban rail transit project is of great significance. In this paper, the west extension project of Shanghai metro Line 2 is taken as an example, the characteristics of different construction and management modes are studied, the feasibility of the integration of various con- struction and management modes in application is proposed, in order to achieve the model innovation in urban rail transit project construction and management.
