城市轨道交通站点周边公共空间的发展策略

Development Strategy of Urban Public Space around Rail

由城市轨道交通兴起的旧城改建与新城建设,使得城市公共空间也发生了剧变和重组。近期我国城市公共空间的变化可以归纳为两点:一是其提供者与生产者关系的分离,二是其与城市中其他空间的多样化融合与复合。对城市轨道交通站点周边公共空间进行研究,归纳出其"复合、耦合、触媒"特征要素;继而通过分析这类公共空间的建设目标,提出了"合作开发,动态规划,多样设计,联合管理"的规划原则。

Urban rail transit promotes the renewal of old city and the construction of new town, urban public space also goes through drastic changes and appears new structure. The recent changes of Chinese urban public space can be summarized from two points： 1） the separation between providers and producers of public space; 2） the diverse integration and composition with other urban spaces. By studying the public space around urban rail transit station, the characteristic elements are summarized. Then, based on an analysis of the planning goals of the public space a- round station, the planning principle is proposed, which could be simplified as ＂CDMA＂： ＂cooperative develop- ment, dynamic planning, multiple design and allied management＂.
