By using multiple linear regression analysis method, the paper discusses the effect of individual internal fac-tors (positive emotion, negative emotion and job satisfaction) on job performance (task performance, contextual perform-ance and counter - productive performance), and examines the cross layer regulation role of individual level factors (leader -member exchange) on these influence. The results show that: staff's positive emotion is positively related with task performance and contextual performance; employee's negative emotion is positively related with counter- productive performance ; compared with high level of leader - member exchange employee, low level of leader - member exchange employee's positive emotion is positively related with contextual performance.
