摘要
为进一步提高热力发电厂供热能力,减少汽轮机排汽引起的冷源损失,提高机组经济性,提出了一种新的循环水系统的节能改造。针对某厂的循环水系统,利用吸收式热泵回收循环水余热,加热热网回水,不仅节约了循环水量,同时保证了用户的供热需要。结果表明,通过节能改造,该厂节约了大量的煤炭和水资源,取得了良好的社会、经济和环境效益。为同类机组的节能改造提供了指导和依据。
A new energy saving reconstruction of circulating water system is proposed to improve the heat-ing capacity of the thermal power plants and reduce the cold source loss caused by the turbine exhaust steam. For a circulating water system, the waste heat produced by circulating water is used to heat heating network backwater through absorption heat pump. This can not only save the circulating water, but also ensure the heating needs of the user. The results show that, a lot of coal and water resources can be saved by energy saving reconstruction. It provides guidance and basis to similar units for energy saving reconstruction.
