摘要 研究了由多个相互竞争的制造商、零售商和需求市场组成的闭环供应链网络均衡问题。其中,制造商负责生产、回收和再制造并受政府法律影响,零售商负责产品的销售,市场需求具有随机性。借助变分不等式理论和La-grange对偶理论,刻画了制造商、零售商以及消费者的最优行为,建立了供应链网络均衡模型。通过算例分析,验证了政府首先需根据实际情况制定产品投放市场前必须满足的可再利用率,接着制定的最低回收率应接近无惩罚机制和无最低回收率约束时所有制造商回收率的平均水平,并在此基础上逐步提高产品的可再利用率。 This paper examines a closed-loop supply chain network equilibrium problem , which consists of mutual competitive manufactures and retailers and demand markets, among them, manufacturers who are responsible for the product manufacturing, collection, recycling and remanufacturing are effected by government environment protection policy, retailers are responsible for product sales and the demand markets has the nature of random. By utilizing variation inequality and La- grange dual theory, the optimal behaviors of the manufactures, the retailers and consumers are described, therefore, the supply chain network equilibrium model is established. The analysis of numerical examples verifies that government should set a appropriate re-utilization rate according to actual situation, then propose a minimum recovery rate close to the average recovery rate of all manufacturers under no punishment mechanism and no minimum recovery constraint, and base on this, gradually increase the re-utilization rate when government formulate environmental policy.
