摘要
在对相关文献进行回顾的基础上,借鉴了Denison的企业文化测量模型,并结合中国文化选取了企业文化测量指标,进而通过因子分析法建立了一套符合中国情景的企业文化测量体系。该测量体系由28个测量指标构成,并归纳为8个维度,分别是团队合作、企业制度、目标愿景、创新意识、社会责任、组织学习、文化宣导和能力发展。
This paper, based on literature reviews and Denison' s corporate culture model, selects measurement index of corporate culture combined with Chinese culture. Then it established a set of corporate culture measurement system in accordance with Chinese national conditions through factor analysis. This measurement system are composed of 28 measurement indexes which are classified into 8 dimensions, such as teamwork, enterprise system, vision, innovative consciousness, social responsibility, organizational learning, cultural propaganda and capability development.
