摘要
以我国15家物流企业308名员工为研究样本,采用问卷调查的方式对物流企业员工组织信任和员工责任分担行为的关系,以及PRESOR在这个关系中的调节作用进行了实证检验。结果表明,物流企业员工组织信任对其责任分担行为有显著正向影响;员工PRESOR正向影响其责任分担行为;员工PRESOR反向调节组织信任和责任分担行为之间的关系。
This paper explores the relationship between employee organizational trust, shared responsibility and PRESOR within a sample of 308 employees from fifteen logistics enterprises in China. The result shows that employee organizational trust was positively associated with shared responsibility, employee PRESOR was positively associated with shared responsibility, and employee PRESOR negatively moderated the relationship between organizational trust and shared responsibility.
