网络环境的自由、开放为社会公众提供了较好的言论表达场所,网民的多样化言论丰富了舆论的内容,但也打乱了网络的秩序,使得理性与情绪化舆论并存于网络。本文通过对网络理性化和情绪化舆论的形成过程和影响因素进行分析,通过层次分析确定各个因素对于网络舆论理性化的影响权重,提出网络舆论的理性化和情绪化与信息发布数量、信息沟通渠道和事件的性质有着紧密的联系,减少网络舆论的情绪化行为必须从信息和事件两个方面入手。

Reducing the emotional behavior of network public opinion must be from the two aspects of in-formation and events.
