财务信息是竞争情报的重要信息源之一。财务信息的情报化过程可以分为信息获取、加工整理、解读分析和情报输出4个阶段。通过案例分析,认识到利用财务信息做情报有很大局限性。竞争情报过程实际上是一个学习的过程。这一过程中数据库和软件工具能提高工作效率,但是不能代替人进行分析,只有人才是知识和智慧的载体。

Hnancial data is one of the most important information source to understand business competitors. Converting fi-nancial data into intelligence help business decision-making includes four parts： information acquirement, reorganization, ana-lyzing and final output. Based on the case study, this article found the usefulness of financial data itself was very limited; con-verting it into useable intellige.ne.e was learning process. Building up database and introducing software could improve the efficien-cy, but the analysis could never be done without analysts or researchers.
