针刺治疗中风舌本病——假性球麻痹的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture Treatment for Tongue Diseases due to Apoplexy——False Bulbar Paralysis

对影响针刺效应的针刺手法、方向及深度、针刺刺激剂量、有效刺激量的维持时间进行了临床研究 ;利用上消化道造影对病人吞钡全过程进行针刺治疗前后的X线摄片和录像的静动态观察 ;观察咽缩肌、会厌肌等神经功能紊乱修复的客观变化。基本恢复 :吞咽功能为 44 4% ,咯痰功能为41 7% ,饮水功能为 3 6 1 % ;有效率 :吞咽功能为 97 2 % ,咯痰功能为 75 0 % ,饮水功能为 97 2 %。

In the present paper,effects of acupuncture manipulation,direction and depth,and acupuncture stimulating amount,maitaining time of effective simulating amount were investigated clinically;Static and dynamic investigation on whole process of swallowing barium in the patient of contrast examination of upper digestive tract with roentgenogram and videocoder before and after acupuncture were carried out;Objective changes of repairment of dysfunction of nerves of pharyngeal muscles,laryngeal muscles,epiglottic muscles and piriformis were observed.It was found that swallowing function recoveried basically in 44 4% of the patients,expectoration function in 41 7%,and water taking function in 36 1%;The effective rate was 97 2% for swalliowing function,75 0% for expectoration function and 97 2% for water taking function.
