摘要
近年来,在实用主义、功利主义等不良思想的影响下,我国高职教育出现了浮躁化、功利性的倾向,片面理解工学结合人才培养模式"以就业为导向"的价值追求,使高职教育不可避免地出现了"工具异化"的倾向。因此,考察高职人才培养发展模式的现状与本质,适应高职工学结合的人才培养模式,构建"教学主体、校企联动、制度保障"三位一体的高职教育"工具异化"预防机制,成为了我国现代高职教育健康发展的当务之急。
In recent years, under the influence of pragmatism, negative factors, like utilitarianism, in China's higher vocational education arises impetuous, utilitarian tendency of one-sided understanding of work-combined study talents training mode as a pursuit of value oriented by obtaining employment so that "alienation of tools" tendency inevitably occur in higher vocational education. There- fore, for the healthy development of higher vocational education in our country, it is imperative to examine the status and nature of the development of higher vocational talents training mode, adapt to the higher vocational talents training mode of work-combined study, build up a trinity "alienation of tools" prevention mechanism of "teaching subject, university-industry linkage, system protection".
