Chinese Teachers' Role Conversion under the Background of the New Curriculum Standards

随着新课标的推行,语文教育改革不断发展,语文教师面对新的变革,要想更好地体现学生的主体地位,就要适时地转变角色。从传统角色中走出来,改变专制的教学模式,调动学生的积极性,要做新课标的研究者,改善和优化教学流程,促进学生身心发展。同时,要坚持终身学习,提升自身的专业素养,通过不断调整自身角色适应教育发展的需要。

With the implementation of the new curriculum standards and the development Chinese education reform, Chinese teachers face the new reformation. In order to better achieve student＇s principal status, Chinese teachers＇ role should be timely conver- ted. Chinese teachers should go out of the traditional role, change arbitrary teaching mode, mobilize the enthusiasm of the students, improve teaching process and promote students＇ physical and mental development as researchers on the new standards. At the same time, Chinese teachers should become lifelong learners so as to raise their professional quality, and they should adapt to the needs of the development of education by adjusting their own role constantly.
