利用Seminar制度促进少数民族双语教师汉语学习

摘要 将Seminar制度引入到双语教师的培训中,通过这一制度的实施,让学员反复练习和相互观摩学习,锻炼利用汉语进行思维和表达的能力,获得关于汉语使用的积极情感体验,得到能力和自信的提升。学员内在的情感体验为以后学习汉语奠定一定的态度和方法基础,从而有利于汉语学习动机的加强和学习兴趣的激发,这一研究旨在为新疆少数民族双语教师的培养探索一种理论与实践相结合的方法。 The seminar system is introduced to the training of bilingual teachers, through the implementation of which, the trainees practice repeatedly and learn from each other, exercise the ability of using Chinese to think and express, obtain positive emotional ex- perience on the use of Chinese, enhance their capacity and confidence. Inner emotional experience of the trainees lays a certain basis of attitude and approach to Chinese learning later, which is conducive to strengthening the motivation and inspiring interest in learning. The purpose of this study is to explore a method that combines the theory and practice to train minority bilingual teachers in Xinjiang.
