Research on Construction of Student-oriented Campus Culture in University

大学校园文化建设的核心是人的建设。建设以学生为本的大学校园文化是发展社会主义先进文化和培养高素质人才的需要。基于此,从学生自身存在的问题及需要的角度来阐述建设校园文化过程中存在的问题,并从增强大学生对学校归属感、培养大学生的文化自觉能力、变革大学课程文化和提高大学生课外活动质量四方面来谈大学管理者如何建设以学生为本的大学校园文化。

The core of campus cultural construction in university is people-oriented. Student-oriented campus cultural construction is the necessity of developing socialism advanced culture and training high-quality talents. This paper discusses the problems in the process of campus cultural construction from the aspects of students＇ problems and demand, and explores how university managers should conduct studem-ofiented campus cultural construction from the following aspects： strengthening the students＇ sense of belonging, cultivating their ability of cultural consciousness, pushing forward the reform of university curriculum culture, and enhancing the quality of extracurricular activities.
