The connotation of intellectual property is indicated, the realities faced by the en- terprises in the intellectual property are analyzed, the characteristic of intellectual property rights in the automotive enterprises in China is analyzed. The methods and recommendations to be adopted in the protection of intellectual property rights are put forward.
