摘要
介绍了汽车轻量化与复合材料在保险杠缓冲梁上的最新进展。针对保险杠缓冲梁,从流程、设计、材料、分析、制造和试验等展开论述,通过模拟仿真分析及实验,验证了将玻璃纤维增强型热塑性塑料(GMT)材料应用于前端模块上能够满足安全法规的要求。
The automobile lightweight and the newest development of bumper armature of the composite material in vehicle are introduced. Taking bumper armature as example, the process, de- sign, material, analysis, manufacture of bumper armature are illustrated. Through simulation analysis and test, it is validated that application of GMT (Glass Mat reinforced Thermoplastics)material in the design of bumper armature can meet the requirement of collision safety regulation.
