Comparative Research on Ultrapathological Pictures by Digital and Film Imaging Methods for Transmission Electron Microscope

目的:介绍透射电镜数字成像系统应用于临床超微病理诊断的方法,评估数字成像系统的效果。方法:用数字成像系统拍摄后立即用胶片拍摄相同样本,胶片图像通过扫描仪数字化,比较这2种方法所拍摄图像对样本特征细节的反映。结果:数字成像图像清晰、反差好,与胶片成像无明显差别。结论:数字成像具有操作简便、即时成像、图像信息丰富等特点,完全能够满足临床病理诊断的需要。

Objective To introduce the application of digital imaging system for transmission electron microscope（TEM） to uhrapathological diagnosis and evaluate the digital imaging system for TEM. Method8 The electron images from the same specimen were shot first by digital imaging system and then on films which later was digitalized by a scanner. The resulting pictures were compared focusing on typical details.Results The pictures shot with digital imaging system were fine in clarity and contrast, and had no significant differences from that shot on films.Conclusion The digital imaging system has the characteristics of easy operation, immediate imaging with rich picture information, and can meet the demands in clinical diagnosis of pathology.
