摘要
目的:评价64排螺旋CT低剂量冠状动脉血管成像的应用价值。方法:2010年12月至2012年1月100例疑诊冠心病患者随机分为2组,常规剂量组(A组)和低剂量组(B组),每组50例,分别进行冠脉CTA检查,对2组的图像进行质量评分,对有效辐射剂量进行统计学分析。结果:低剂量组与常规剂量组图像质量评分差异无统计学意义,同时降低了70%以上的有效辐射剂量,2组辐射剂量有显著统计学差异。结论:在心率允许的前提下,64排VCT-XT采用前门控扫描技术,能够在大幅降低有效辐射剂量的同时获得满足临床需要的图像质量。
Objective To study the clinical application of low-radiation dosage coronary artery angiography with 64-slice spiral CT in detecting coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 100 clinically suspected coronary heart disease patients were equally divided into two groups to undergo CTA examination with conventional dosage or low dosage respectively. The image quality was evaluated, and the effective radiation dosages were analyzed statistically,Results There was no significant difference between the two groups for the image quality, with the effective radiation dosage decreased by more than 70%, which was statistically different. Conclusion 64-slice VCT-XT can significantly reduce the radiation dosage greatly, while the image quality can meet the requirements.
