摘要
为促进相关医疗设备厂家不断完善售后服务,上海地区第5年开展了医疗设备售后服务满意度调查。从此次内窥镜类设备的品牌占有率、厂商整体满意度、分项满意度和5 a历史综合满意度等方面入手,统计分析各项数据指标,使各厂商的售后服务现状大体上展示在各医疗单位面前,从而能够积极引导各厂商提高自身售后服务的各项水平和能力,共建一个和谐的售后服务市场。
In order to enhance after-sales service of suppliers, the fifth satisfaction survey on after-sales service is initiated in Shanghai region, which structures from endoscope market share, overall satisfaction, items satisfaction and historical satisfaction in the past 5 years, with all indexes collected and analyzed. The overall pictures of after-sales service from all suppliers are provided to hospitals, which leads suppliers to improve service quality and capability, and to establish a harmonic after-sales service market.
