应急通信装备作为应急通信保障体系的一部分是高效的应对和处置各类突发事件,减少灾害造成损失的必不可少的重要通信支撑手段,主要指当公网遭到破坏或者不能满足要求时采用的临时应急装备。文章将从功能性角度和机动性角度对应急通信装备进行分类和介绍,提出应急通信装备体系的概念并对我国应急通信装备体系的现状进行分析。

As a part of the emergency communication guarantee system, emergency communication e- quipments provide vital means for responding to and dealing with all kinds of emergencies and for reducing damages caused by disaster. Emergency communication equipments mainly refers to equipments adopted temporarily when public network is damaged or is unable to provide required functions. The article describes and classifies emergency communication equipments from functionality and maneuverability perspective, proposes a concept of emergency communication equipment system, and makes an analysis of current status of the emergency communications equipment system.
