摘要
目的 研究高压氧保存对离断肢体骨骼肌的保护作用。方法 离断大鼠双后肢 ,右后肢置常温 (2 2 5± 2 5℃ )空气中 ,左后肢置常温 (2 2 5± 2 5℃ )高压氧舱内 (98%O2 3 0ATA)分别保存 3、6、9、12、18、2 4小时 ,测定小腿三头肌Na+ -K+ -ATP酶、Ca2 + -ATP酶活性并观察胫前肌超微结构的变化。结果 高压氧能延缓离断肢体的酶活性下降 ,其超微结构变化优于室内空气保存的离断肢体。
? Objective To study the effects of Hyperbaric Oxyge(HBO)on preservation of muscles of isolated limbs.Methods The isolated hind limbs of Waistar rats were stored in room temperature or under HBO(98%O 2 3 0 atmosphere absolute)at 22.5± 2.5 ℃for 3,6,9,12,18 and 24 hours.Na +-K +-ATPase、Ca 2+ -ATPase were determined and cell ultrastructures of muscles were observed.Results The decrease of Na +-K +-ATPase、Ca 2+ -ATPase activities were postponed by HBO.The cell ultrastructures were better stored in HBO than in room temperature.Conclusion HBO can produce protective effects on isolated limbs.〔
