高原心肺复苏研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 在我国,海拔高于3000m的地方称为医学上的高原。高原环境的主要特点之一是缺氧,大气氧含量低而致低氧血症,使危重病患者的心肺代偿功能降低,循环和呼吸容易发生障碍,易发生心搏呼吸骤停。及时有效地心肺复苏是挽救心搏呼吸骤停患者的唯一途径,但高原低氧环境中心肺复苏难度增加,在进行心肺复苏时必须考虑到高原环境导致的病理生理学改变。现将高原心肺复苏的相关研究进展综述如下。
