从苦皮藤根皮中分离得到一种β-二氢沉香呋喃类多元醇酯类化合物:Celastrine A(1β,6α,8β,15-四乙酰氧基-9β-苯甲酰氧基-β-二氢沉香呋喃),通过DEPT及1H-1HCOSY,HSQC,HMBC等2D NMR技术对该化合物所有的1H和13C NMR信号进行了详细解析和全归属.
Celastrine A (1 β,6a, 8β, 15 -triac etoxy-9β-benzoyloxy-β-dihydroagrofuran) was isolated from Celastrus angulatus Maxim. The 1H and 13C NMR chemical shifts of the compounds were completely assigned using a combination of 1D NMR (1H, 13C NMR and DEPT) and 2D NMR (1H-all COSY, HSQC and HMBC) techniques.
