摘要
对城市道路拥堵程度进行科学的评判可以为人们的出行和交管部门的决策提供指导。采用平均行程速度和交通饱和度这两个交通流参数作为道路拥堵程度的评判指标,首先设计了获取平均行程速度和交通饱和度的方法,然后应用模糊算法对评判指标和拥堵程度进行量化,建立了相应的隶属度函数与模糊判断规则体系,设计了城市道路拥堵程度的评判方法,最后结合实例进行分析。
The scientific evaluation of the city road congestion degree provides guidance for people's trip and the decision-making of transportation administration departments. This paper adopts two traffic flow parameters, average travel speed and traffic saturation, as the evaluation indexes of road congestion degree. First of all, the paper designs a methods to acquire average travel speed and traffic saturation. Then, fuzzy algorithm is applied to quantize evaluation indexes and congestion degree, corresponding membership function and fuzzy evaluation rule system are established, and evaluation method of city road congestion degree is designed. Last, case analysis is made in this paper.
