结合可持续发展的基本理论,阐述轨道可持续发展的涵义。详细分析影响轨道可持续发展的各种因素,认为可从经济、社会、生态、技术、政策、管理、城市、交通八个方面对轨道交通可持续发展能力进行评价。在此基础上构建了轨道可持续发展能力的评价指标体系,以便为轨道交通的良好发展提供指导。
According to the basic theory of sustainable development, the paper expounds the meaning of sustainable development of rail transit. The paper analyzes various factors impacting sustainable development of rail transit in detail, sums up that the capacity of sustainable development of rail transit can be evaluated from eight aspects such as economy, society, ecology, technology, policy, management, city and traffic, and constructs the evaluation index system of sustainable development ability on the basis of the above analysis, which can provide guidance for the development of rail transit.
