摘要
目前我国公路建设的筹资方式主要是以上级拨款为主,这严重阻碍了交通事业的发展。通过分析筹资渠道和科学管理资金的措施,可以既解决资金短缺的问题,又能创造良好的经济效益和社会效益。
At present, mainly financing mode of highway construction financing is the appropriation in China, which has seriously hindered the transportation development. It can solve the problem of fund shortage and create good economic benefit and social benefit to analyze financing channels and the scientific fund management measures.
