中西医结合治疗急性水肿性胰腺炎50例

50 Cases of Integrated Chinese and Western Medical Treatment on Acute Edematous Pancreatitis

采用中药汤剂 (由柴胡、黄芩、木香、厚朴、枳壳、大黄等组成 )配合西药抗生素及支持疗法 ,治疗急性水肿性胰腺炎 50例。结果表明 ,治疗组总有效率 92 % ,治愈率 6 6 %。对照组 (纯西药组 )总有效率 78% ,治愈率 34%

The Chinese medicine decoction is composed of Chaihu, Huangqin, Muxiang, Houpo, Zhiqiao, Baishao, Danshen, Dahuang , et al. Accompanied by the antibiotic of western medicine and the supporting treatment, the treatment was taken with the decoction in 50 cases of acute edematous pancreatitis. Results showed the cure rate was 66% and the total effective rate was 92%. In the control group with pure western medicine, for 50 cases, the total effective rate was 78% and the cure rate was 34%.
