分散式接入风电项目环境影响评价要点分析

Analysis of Environmental Impact Assessment Points of Distributed Access Wind Power Project

结合国家的相应的法律法规,通过对分散式接入风电项目应具备的条件、选址的合理性以及接入系统3个方面的要求,分析了分散式接入风电项目与一般风电建设项目的区别。从环境影响评价的角度分析了该类建设项目环境影响评价的特点,为相关管理部门提供一定的科学依据。

Based on the relevant laws and regulations of the country, in view of the 3 requirements of the condition needed, the rationality of location and access system of distributed access wind power projects, analyzed the difference between distributed access wind power projects and the general wind power construction project. Analyzed the characteristics of the environmental im- pact assessment of this type of construction project from the point of view of the environmental impact assessment , to provide a scientific basis for the relevant administrative departments .
