摘要
在分析大量文献资料的基础上,结合现场经验,对燃煤工业锅炉常用节能改造技术进行了归纳总结,并对燃煤工业锅炉节能改造节能量计算的3种方法:锅炉效率法、热水(蒸汽)单耗法和产品单耗法,进行了对比分析,并针对初审和终审项目的不同情况,对如何选取合适的计算方法进行了总结,最后结合实际案例进行了具体分析。
Based on the analysis of literature and practical experience, the commonly used energy-saving technology for coal- fired industrial boilers was summarized, and three kinds of energy saving calculation method were compared and analyzed, includ- ing boiler efficiency method, hot water （steam） unit consumption method and product unit consumption method. The appropriate calculation method selection was also analyzed, through actual case study from the preliminary and final energy conservation audit of certain project.
