摘要
宁波地区地质条件复杂,软土层深厚且存在第二软弱层,若软基处理不重视,市政道路使用周期短,后期工后沉降大。宁波东外环路和南外环路原地基处理方案采用水泥搅拌桩或塘渣回填加固,考虑深厚软基工后沉降的危害性,变更设计后采用了TC桩处理新技术。通过复核计算和数值模拟分析,对TC桩处理软基新技术相关技术参数进行评估,使各路段的TC桩桩长、桩间距等设计控制指标合理可行,处理效果显著。
The geological conditions in Ningbo is complex, and the soft soil layer is so deep and there is also a second weak layer that if enough attention is not paid to its treatment, the service life of the municipal road would be shortened and the post-construction settlement increased. The original foundation treatment of the eastern and southern outer ring roads in Ningbo is that cement mixing piles or pond slag backfill is adopted and, taking the hazards of post-construction settlement of deep soft foundation into consideration, TC piles are used alternatively. Through check calculation and numerical simulation analysis, evaluation on the technical parameters length and relating to this new technique of TC piles is carried out so that the design indices, such as pile pile spacing at all sections, are reasonable and feasible, offering significant effect.
