摘要
中国公路隧道建设已进入高数量、高技术、高难度、高风险的四高建设期,开展隧道工程建设阶段的安全风险评估也日益重要。根据《公路桥隧建设安全风险评估管理办法》和《公路隧道建设安全风险评估与控制指南》,对成安渝高速公路龙泉山二号隧道工程,运用工程类比法进行重大安全风险事故的分段评估,给出隧道各区段风险事故的概率、损失等级,提出针对性的控制措施;减少不确定性因素的影响,以达到安全、经济、高效的管理目标。
Highway construction in China has entered into a period with high quantity, high technology, high difficulty and high risk so that security risk evaluation in the construction phase of tunnel engineering is moreand more important. For the project of Longquanshan Tunnel 2 of Chengdu-Anyue-Chongqmg tngnway, according to the Procedures for Security Risk Assessment of Highway Bridge and Culvert Construction and the Guideline for Security Risk Assessment and Control of Highway Tunnel Construction, engineering analog method was used to carry out sectional evaluation of major accidents, giving the probability and loss level of risk accidents in the sections of the tunnel and proposing targeted control measures, which could reduce the influence of uncertainties and reach administrative goal of safety, economy and high effectiveness.
