The Application and Analysis of Common Distribution Model in the Terminal of Urban E-commerce

从电子商务末端配送现状入手,分析其中存在的弊端,将共同配送模式的理念应用在电子商务末端。然后分析共同配送模式在末端的运作方式,并提出其实际应用模式,即多企业共用末端配送站。将建立多企业共用末端配送站与各企业自营末端配送进行在内外部效益上的比较,彰显前者的实践空间,并指出其发展前景与困难。

This article start with the current situation of E-commerce terminal distribution, analysis the problems existed within it, and apply the Common Distribution Model into the Terminal of urban E-commerce. Then analyze the operating mode of the Ter- minal Common Distribution, and put forward its practical application, which is terminal distribution stations shared by several co- operative enterprises. In addition, this article will compare terminal distribution stations shared by several cooperative enterprises with the existing each enterprise self-operating the terminal distribution from their internal and external benefits, reveal the prac- tice prospect of the former, and point out the prospecl and the obstacles of this model.
