随着市场经济快速发展和顾客服务多样化需求增加,使得物流服务市场需求的不确定性大大增加,这给物流服务提供者带来了严峻的挑战,"服务能力"问题越来越受到企业和顾客的重视。文章选取仓储型物流企业作为研究对象,构建了一套适合仓储型物流企业的物流服务能力体系,以及对不同的评价方法进行了比较,从而为选择一种适合仓储型物流企业服务能力的评价方法提供一种新的建议和思路。

Along with the market economy rapid development and customer service diversification demand increase, makingthe logistics service market demand uncertainty, which lead to an increased risk of serious challenges to the logistics service providers, ＂service ability＂ problem get the attention of the enterprise and customer deeply. This article selects the logis- tics business enterprise of warehouse as the research object, this paper establishes a set of suitable for logistics business enterprise of warehouse service ability system, as well as to the different evaluation methods are compared, so as to choose a suitable for storage type logistics enterprise service capacity evaluation method provides a new suggestions and ideas.
