摘要
制造业服务化是近年来的学术研究与实践的热点问题。文章介绍了制造业服务化和企业战略联盟的基本概念,分析了制造业服务化对供应链组织结构及运行模式的影响,提出了新型企业战略联盟。
Manufacturing servitization is becoming the attrac- tive issues in academic study and business practices. In this paper, the definition of manufacturing servitization and enter- prise strategic alliance are introduced. The impact on manu- facturing supply chain of manufacturing servitization is ana- lyzed. The new strategic alliance is provided.
