The paper discusses the important role of informa- tion sharing in supply chain, classifying the traditional infor- mation sharing patterns in supply chain and analyzing the drawbacks of each of them. Then introduces RFID technology and attempts to integrate it with existing information sharing patterns, in searching for a more efficient information sharing pattern in supply chain.
