摘要
通过总结物流管理专业人才的社会需求,确定了学生综合能力培养的目标,分析了传统的教学模式对培养学生综合能力的不足,提出了探究式团队教学模式,采用师生探讨、团队学习和综合实践的方式全面提升学生的综合能力,最后给出了探究式团队教学模式的实施建议。
This paper summarized the social demand of the logistics management professionals and determined the targetof students comprehensive capabilities training, then, analyzed the shortages of the traditional teaching mode on cultivating students comprehensive capabilities. After that, the inquiry- based team teaching mode was put forward to enhance stu- dents comprehensive capabilities by applying teacher-students communication, team learning and comprehensive practice. Fi- nally some suggestions are given on the inquiry-based team teaching mode.
