车用发动机涡轮增压器喘振裕度及其改善方案的研究 被引量:5

摘要 主要针对涡轮增压器喘振机理,喘振现象产生的原因分析,喘振线在增压器生产厂家及主机厂的试验测试方法及喘振的改善方案进行了详细论述。试验结果表明,对于涡轮增压器喘振线的测试,发动机主机厂也可以通过试验进行测试且准确度在可以接受的范围内;对于增压器喘振裕度的解决方案可以从提升发动机的容积效率,增压器压前管路增加稳压腔方面进行考虑。其中,压前管路增加组合稳压腔方案改善效果更为明显。 The surge of turbocharger has become a difficulty frequently encountered by the engine plants in the process of turbocharger matching and selection. This paper mainly discusses the surge mechanism of turbocharger, the cause analysis of surge generating, the test method of surge line in turbocharger manufacturers and engine plants, and the surge improvement program. Test results indicate that, with regard to the test of turbocharger surge line, engine plants can test it by experiments and the accuracy is acceptable; about the surge margin solution, improving the engine charging efficiency, adding pressure stabilizing cavity in the pipeline before charging can be considered. Therein the effect of adding pressure stabilizing cavity is more obvious.
