摘要
在开发一个新型发动机或控制系统时,最大的挑战之一就是构建发动机的初始MAP图。对汽油机平均值模型的节气门体子模型、进气管子模型和充气效率模型进行了简要的分析与介绍,并在该模型的基础上耦合了基本喷油脉宽的数学模型,其中考虑了油膜蒸发对喷油量的影响,在MATLAB/SIMULINK环境下仿真得出了Ricardo E6单缸汽油机电控燃油喷射系统的初始喷油脉宽MAP图。在75%和100%节气门开度、不同转速下进行试验验证了该模型的准确性和可靠性。结果表明该模型可以用作汽油机进气道电控喷射系统的设计,得出的基本喷油脉宽MAP图可以作为保证发动机运转的初始MAP图,从而能大大缩短电喷系统的改造周期。
Abstract: One of the biggest challenges in the development of a new engine and/or control system basic calibration is the construction of initial maps. This paper introduced throttle body sub-model, intake manifold sub-model and volumetric efficiency sub-model of mean value engine model briefly, and then coupled these models with a basic injeetion pulse model which consider the influence of wahl-wetted fiJel film on fuel injection quantity, obtained the basic injection pulse map of Ricardo E6 single cylinder engine in MATLAB/SIMUI,INK enviromnent. The model was validated with experiment data and a good agreement between predicted and measured fuel per cycle was obtained under an experiment condition of 75% and 100% throttle opening and different speeds. Results show that this model can be used tn design electronic controlled fuel injection system of PFI engine. The MAP diagram obtained can be used as the initial MAP tn ensure engine nmning and shorten the modification period of the engines EFI system.
